1. IS PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, each resident must have a parking permit which is $25 annually.

2. DO YOU HAVE TO BE A STUDENT TO LIVE AT GRANDMARC ?

Yes, our community is a student living community.

3. DO YOU ALLOW DOUBLE OCCUPANCY?

Yes, we do have the capacity for double occupancy with a fee of $150.

4. HOW CLOSE ARE YOU TO CAMPUS?

Depending on the campus you are attending we are less than a mile away from UCR.

5. WILL MY APARTMENT BE FURNISHED?

Yes, we offer fully furnished apartments.

6. IS THERE SECURITY?

Yes, we have courtesy patrol after the office closes.

7. HOW DO YOU LEASE BY BEDROOM OR BY UNIT?

We lease by the bedroom.

8. WHAT ARE THE PRICES?

Our prices vary depending on floorplan and market value. The best solution is to call the leasing office for current rates.

9. ARE AMENITIES FREE?

Yes, all amenities are free to our residents.

10. WHAT ARE AMENITY HOURS?

The Clubhouse is available to our residents 24 hrs a day, there are some amenities that may not be available when the office is closed.

11. ARE THE UTILITIES INCLUDED?

Yes, utilities that are included are gas, water, sewer, wi-fi, and basic cable.

12. WHAT ARE THE MONTHLY FEES?

Trash valet $10, Rent plus $6.95, Green fee $10.

13. WHAT HAPPENS IF I HAVE ISSUES WITH A ROOMMATE(S)?

Residents that experience issues with roommates should try to resolve issue among themselves 1st and if unsuccessful contact the leasing office.

14. HOW ARE ROOMMATES SELECTED? 

 Roommates are selected based on the preferences listed during the application phase.

15. WHAT HAPPENS IF I GET LOCKED OUT OR LOSE MY KEY OR KEY CARD?

If a resident is locked out afterhours security will open the front door.
